Brief
Britain's Karaoke came to us at the last minute needing a poster design for an imminent regional campaign - we had 24 hours to get the job approved and printed. The brief was to design a poster that would also transfer well around the country, using their existing branding and logo.
Idea
After exploring ideas based around regional identity, it was decided to go with a more general approach. There was no getting around the use of the Union Jack along with it's supporting colours. Britain's Karaoke wanted their contestants to feel a sense of identity, with reference to the national TV shows of the time.
Result
In just over 7 hours the posters were still hot of the press. For their convenience we arranged the posters to be picked up from a city central location. The posters were used in and around Manchester, helping generate a buzz and contribute to a successful turnout.
